"Place Your Order" link on the left to begin choosing your family
members. Be sure to provide all necessary information. When you reach
"Payment Method" type your certificate number in the provided field,
then press submit.
- Q: How do I order by mail?
A: Review the enclosed catalog to become familiar with our products. When
you�re ready to order, neatly write in your information on the appropriate order
form(s) provided in the catalog. Mail them together with your Family Gift Certificate
in the envelope provided. When ordering more than the gift certificate value, you
may include a check, money order or provide credit card information for
the difference.
- Q: What if I did not use the full amount on my Family Gift Certificate?
A: The value of your gift certificate is printed on your Family Gift Certificate. After using
your certificate, you may be left with a balance. Your certificate
never expires and you may use the remaining balance at any time.

designs are protected by copyright and are exclusively for the use of Family

- Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Your Family Gift Certificate will be created and shipped the following business day
after your order is received and processed. Orders will be shipped to you by the
U.S. Postal Service. Orders within the U.S. should arrive within 5-9 business days.

A: Yes, we accept both. Print and fill out the order page and send your

- Q: What are the differences between your catalog and the web?
A: Our web site will always be the most up to date. Please visit us on the
web for our latest products, designs and specials.
- Q: Do you sell your products to customers in other countries other than
the United States and Canada?
A: Yes, we can manufacture any of our products for any countries, but the
order must ship within the United States or Canada. VERY IMPORTANT: To avoid
problems, please type all names out and the address on separate lines in the
comments section at the bottom of the order form page. Also, indicate which line is
the address, city, country, and postal code. Also indicate if the country
should be printed on your product.
- Q: My name includes special characters like an umlaut or an accent; can
you add them?
A: Unfortunately, the Web cannot distinguish special characters, and the
computer will change them to a misspelled letter. We can add special characters;
simply spell the name without the special character on the order form and
describe the proper spelling in the comments section at the bottom of the page.

- Q: I live in Canada. What will the amount be in Canadian dollars?
A. When ordering by credit card, Canadian Dollars will be converted
automatically to U.S. Dollars by your financial institution. When writing a check,
please review the current exchange rate. Please convert $1 U.S. to $1.25
Canadian. This is an estimate, but the actual exchange may be slightly more or less.
For example: 178 address labels are $27.95 U.S. or $34.95 Canadian, plus
postage.
